Mr Abdul Razzaq Khan son of Nawabzada Abdul Ghafoor Khan was born on July 7, 1950 at Murree. He graduated in 1970 from Forman Christian College, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Member/Opposition Leader, District Council Khanewal during 1987-90. He was first elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in 1985 and also functioned as Chairman, Standing Committees on Information and S&GAD. He was re-elected as Member, Punjab Assembly in 2002. He has returned to Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the third term in general elections 2013. He has visited UK, USA, Dubai, Bangkok and Saudi Arabia. He belongs to a renowned and well-known political family. His uncle, Mr Muhammad Saif Ullah Khan, Isa Khel was Member of Punjab Legislative Council for three terms during 1921-1930; his uncle, Mr Ghulam Qadir Khan (Khan Bahadur) served as Member, Punjab Legislative Assembly during 1937-45; his another uncle, Col (Retd) Muhammad Aslam Khan, remained Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1972-77 and 1977; his sister, Mrs Zakia Shahnawaz served as Member Punjab Assembly during 1977 and 1985-88 and is presently functioning as Minister for Social Welfare; his brother, Mr Abdul Rehman Khan was Member of Punjab Assembly during 1993-96 and functioned as Minister for Jails as well as Advisor to Chief Minister; another brother of his, Mr Abdul Hafeez Khan Niazi served as Member Punjab Assembly during 2008-13 and functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for Zakat, Ushr and Bait-ul-Maal; and his cousin, Mr. Maqbool Ahmad Khan was Member of National Assembly during 1985-88 and served as Minister of State for Religious and Minorities Affairs.

Mr Amir Hayat Hiraj son of Mehar Umar Hayat Hiraj was born on January 2, 1982 at Khanewal. He graduated in 2005 from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. He served as Relationship Manager in ABN AMRO Bank during 2006-07. He was elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in 2008 and functioned as Chairman, Standing Committee on Food during 2008- 13. An agriculturist, who has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2013 and is functioning as Parliamentary Secretary for Mines & Minerals. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, UAE, Turkey, Austria, Romania, UK, Nepal, Oman, Dubai Sri Lanka, Maldeives, with Delegation to China on CPEC and with Delegation to Philipine on Agriculture. His uncle, Haji Khizar Hayat Hiraj served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1997-99. He is also working as an Acting Chairman of Punjab Food Authority.

Mr Hussain Jahania Gardezi son of Syed Mohib Jahania Gardezi was born on November 6, 1956 at Multan. He obtained the degree of M.Sc(Hons) in 1980 from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad; and Diploma (L.G) in 1993 from Foreign Ministry Institute, Denmark. An agriculturist, who served as Leader of Opposition in Zila Council, Khanewal during 1991-93. He was first elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1993-96 and performed the duties of Minister for Cooperatives. He was again elected as Member Punjab Assembly during 2002-07 and functioned as Minister for Food and Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education. He has returned to Punjab Assembly for the third term in general elections 2013. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia, Iran, China, UK, Denmark and Iraq. His uncle, Syed Ali Hussain Shah Gardezi was Member, Punjab Legislative Assembly for two terms during 1951-58 and served as Minister for Industries during 1951-55; his uncle, Mr Abbas Hussain Gardezi was Member of National Assembly during 1972- 77; his another uncle, Mr Muhammad Razi Shah Gardezi was Member of Punjab Assembly during 1972-77 and 1977; and his cousin, Mr Muhammad Ahsan was Member of Punjab Assembly during 1985-88 and 1990-93.

He graduated in 1993 from Government College, Lahore; obtained the degrees of M.Sc(IR) in 1996 from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad and MBA in 2001 from American Intercontinental University, Los Angeles, USA. He served as Assistant Director in Intelligence Bureau during 1996- 97; and also served as Consultant in PEMRA during 2002-04. An agriculturist, who served as Tehsil Nazim, Kabirwala during 2004-09 and has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2013. A publication-cum M.Sc thesis titled “Pakistans Internal Problems A case study of violence in Karachi” is also to his credit. He has visited Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Italy, Switzerland, Egypt and UAE. His brother, Raza Hayat Haraj was Member of National Assembly during 2002-08, 2008-13 and is a sitting MNA; his uncle, Sardar Allahyar Haraj served as Member, Punjab Assembly during 1985-88, 1988- 90, 1990-93 and 1993-96 and functioned as Minister for Mineral Development. His another uncle, Mahr Iqbal Haraj remained Member of Provincial Assembly of West Pakistan during 1962-69 and Member National Assembly during 1988-90, 1993-96; and his uncle, Najaf Khan Sial was Member of Punjab Assembly during 2002-07, 2008-13 and is a sitting MNA.
